APPROVED INSTALLATION ENGINEERS: All Norfilms Approved Engineers have to meet strict standards laid down by Freesat for technical qualifications. 

Not everyone will need an engineer's help and most installation with an existing satellite receiver, such as for Sky services ought to be able to fit the Freesat receiver without a problem; but if you do encounter a problem and require assistance with installing a satellite dish or with installing your Freesat receiver the above map will help you select a suitable, convenient approved installation engineer in your locality. 

Not every part of the country is covered, but this will change as new engineers register with Norfilms.

WARNING: (A) Professional installation of satellite receiver dish and equipment is recommended if you do not already have suitable equipment.  (B) Check the satellite television installation guidelines that will accompany your purchase to understand the requirements for a safe and successful installation, whether you undertake this on your own or through a suitable approved installation engineer.

NOTE: The sophistication of satellite receives, especially if you intend to install a Freesat receiver alongside one from another provider, means that you may, in some circumstances, find technical difficulties arise in making a successful match with your current equipment unless you have the experience to carry out a successful installation.

You ought to research your specific installation requirements before undertaking this independently.  If in doubt do consult an experienced person.

FEES:  Fees for installation will vary throughout the country according to your locality and situation, whether you have a dish installed or require one in addition to your Freesat for FREE receiver.  Fees are the sole responsibility of the installation engineer and if you have any doubt about the fee quoted then you are urged to seek a quote from an alternative approved engineer before agreeing to any installation.
